If you want just 10ml. PG/VG base with 0mg. nicotine you just have to unscrew the cap and add up to 2ml. aroma (20%) directly into the bottle. Shake well before use. That’s easy!!
The finished eliquid will improve if you let it steep for some hours/days before use.
Normally PG/VG bases are mixed with approx. 10% Aroma (PG based) to add flavoring to your mix.
