Shipping and delivery

At Esug.dk, we do our best to send your order quickly, safely, and transparently. When you shop with us, you are always shown the applicable shipping prices before you complete your order. That way, you know exactly what the delivery costs before you pay.

Dispatch of your order

We usually dispatch your order within 1 working day after we have registered your payment. If your order contains items that are not in stock, we normally wait to send the order until all items are available again.

If this happens, you will receive an email from us. You can reply if you wish us to send the items that are already in stock, even if some products are missing. Once we have your confirmation, we will send the order as soon as possible.

Shipping and delivery in Denmark

For customers in Denmark, we offer delivery with PostNord with tracking. The expected delivery time is normally 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

For purchases over 700 DKK, we offer free delivery in Denmark. For purchases under 700 DKK, the shipping price depends on whether you choose delivery with or without distribution.

Delivery without distribution costs 35 DKK for purchases under 700 DKK. Delivery with distribution costs 45 DKK. For purchases over 700 DKK, both delivery methods are free.

When your package is sent with tracking, you can follow the shipment along the way. PostNord typically sends a message when the package is on its way and when it is delivered or ready for collection.

Shipping and delivery to Norway

Shipments to Norway are sent with PostNord and Posten Norge with Track & Trace. The expected delivery time is normally 1 to 6 working days.

Esug.dk and e-trekk.no are VOEC-registered in Norway. This means that as a private customer, you can purchase goods up to a value of 3,000 NOK including VAT and shipping without paying a customs clearance fee upon import.

When you shop via our webshop, you purchase the goods including Norwegian VAT. We ensure that the VAT is correctly settled with the Norwegian tax authorities. This means you do not have to pay the normal customs clearance fee when your package arrives in Norway.

In short: We handle the practicalities, so you can shop on the webshop as usual.

Shipments to Norway are typically delivered as tracked parcels. The package can be followed all the way and is usually delivered to the nearest collection point. The shipping price for a parcel to the door is approximately 113.03 NOK.

Shipping to Greenland and the Faroe Islands

Orders to Greenland and the Faroe Islands are invoiced without Danish VAT. An invoice is included with the shipment, indicating that the goods originate in the EU.

Due to local rules for maximum goods value, taxes, duties, and import of e-liquids, we recommend that e-liquids be ordered on separate orders. This makes the shipment more manageable and can make handling easier in connection with local rules.

All orders to Greenland and the Faroe Islands are sent with Track & Trace via TNT, PostNord, or Posten, depending on the destination and delivery option.

Any local taxes, duties, or fees are to be paid by the customer and are not part of the payment to Esug.dk.

Track your package

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a message with tracking information if your chosen shipping method includes tracking. With Track & Trace, you can follow the package from dispatch to delivery or collection.
